Dzowoe

Atsipipi is a traditional Ghanaian corn snack, especially associated with the Ewe communities of the Volta Region. It is made from corn flour mixed with ingredients such as sugar, salt and water, shaped into thin, stick-like pieces, and fried until crunchy. It is also known as Atsupipi or Adunlee/Adunley in related descriptions of Ghanaian snacks.

It starts with a plantain. Not just any plantain, but one picked at the perfect moment, when it's firm, green, and full of promise. In kitchens and on street corners, this has always been a taste of home: fried, shared, and eaten straight from the bag while the stories flow. We wanted to bring that moment to you. Every chip is sliced thin, fried golden, and lightly seasoned, so you hear the crunch before you taste the flavor. No shortcuts, no fuss. Just plantain, oil, and care. Real plantain, real crunch. Hand-selected and thinly sliced for a snap that lasts. Simple ingredients. Nothing you can't pronounce. Made with heart. Small batches, big flavor, and a story in every bag.
